Hickory Smoked Sriracha Infused Sea Salt

This is infused salt focuses more on flavor, but still has some heat.  Born from our test kitchen, it has been a customer favorite.  

We source our Sriracha directly from the top supplier of red jalapeños, located in Camarillo, CA.  We've tried our fair share of Sriracha over the years and this is the best Sriracha out there.  We integrate it into our salt, add a dash or Carolina Reaper mash, hickory smoke it to dehydrate it, and finally it is packaged right here at our farm.

We use Sel Gris salt in all of our infused salts, coming to us from Guérande, France.  This coarse finishing salt is a mineral rich French grey sea salt, loaded with flavor.  Our pepper flavor and spice take it over the top!  Infusing the salt with the peppers, rather than dehydrating the peppers then adding them to the salt, yields a more flavorful product that we hope you'll enjoy.  

This is very mild and is a great additive to any meal, adding additional flavor from both the Sriracha and the mineral rich salt.  Use it just like any other finishing salt, when you want to add a little kick to your dish.  Let us know what you use it on, we love to hear about and try recommendations from our customers!
