Born from our test kitchen, this garlic-forward favorite has captured the hearts (and taste buds) of our customers. You’ll notice a rich, aromatic smokiness paired with the warm and robust flavor of garlic, finishing with a satisfying burst of umami.

The garlic is pureed into a smooth consistency and blended into our premium sea salt. To enhance the flavor profile, we hickory smoke the infused salt, dehydrating it while infusing it with a woodsy aroma. The smoking process brings out the natural sweetness of the garlic while adding depth to its flavor. Finally, it’s packaged with care right here at our farm.

We use Sel Gris salt, a mineral-rich grey sea salt from Guérande, France, in all our infused salt creations. Its coarse texture and natural brininess make it the perfect canvas for our garlic-infused magic. By infusing the salt with garlic rather than mixing in dried flakes, we achieve a more potent, full-bodied flavor that’s sure to elevate your dishes.
